I went along today to cover a charity event in the depths of Staffordshire where a range of cars were available for people who are Blind or have sight problems to experience either driving or riding in depending on the car. The event was organised by IAM of Stafford who are such a friendly group of people and have been doing this for years and the day was absolutely fantastic for all. The event was held at Driveme.net near Stafford and drivers or riders drove up and down the track at speed on the windiest day of the year with the wind in their hair– honestly absolutely thrilling! You can only imagine how much it meant to people who are Blind to experience that feeling. We were so lucky with the weather, the sun shone brightly all day and I am in need of a little bit of aftersun but it was totally worth it. I cannot wait to tell you all about it very soon and will provide all the details of the companies and car owners involved and credit everyone who deserves a mention in that post along with the images which will be an absolute CORKER of a post. I felt very honoured to be a part of it, and very excited to shoot the day’s happenings. Thank you to the people who organised it for making me feel very welcome.
In the meantime; isn’t she a beauty?
Here’s a teaser of one of the classic vintage cars used:
And what a location!

Over the next few months I will be shooting this gorgeous girl, and her equally gorgeous bump. We had the first of the sessions this evening in a park near Solihull, and I am very excited to show you a sneak peak. The rest of the images will be revealed over the weekend, including the start of a fabulous series of shots that will really show Vicky’s bump progress. I will of course, be finishing the sessions with the much anticipated newborn shoot! Baby is due at the end of the summer ![]()
Here’s Vicky at 20 weeks in a brief tease of what’s to come; isn’t she beautiful? My Congratulations to Vicky and her husband Mike, I cannot wait to record your journey to becoming parents xx
Watch out for the full set of photos soon!
You may remember my blog post when Vicky was 20 weeks, well, she’s now 22 weeks so we had another photo session. Watch this space for the full post, but here’s a sneak peak to keep you going!
My first sneak peak – and what a sneak peak.
Today, in the very chilly winds, the lovely Zoe did a fabulous job at playing model, glammed to the nines she strutted her stuff around the delights of Nuneaton. I’m pleased to say, I have a humongous number of ace images from the session, far too many to blog about immediately – despite hoping to. So here’s a couple to keep you going; just check out those Red Shoes!
Watch out for the full post in the next few days!
